The Magic
SHEA BUTTER ✧ is deeply moisturizing, nourishing, and soothing, leaving skin more hydrated, plump, and softer.
PINK FRENCH CLAY ✧ imparts a beautiful rich pink hue while cleansing, detoxifying, removes dead skin cells, and creates an overall more refreshed complexion.
GUAVA FRUIT EXTRACT ✧ is a beautiful tropical fruit native to the Americas, it is packed with antioxidants and vitamins such as vitamins A, B, and C, carotenoids, and calcium to name a few. It can help freshen and boost the complexion.
HIBISCUS FLOWERS ✧ is one of my favorite flowers for skincare, it is an all-around powerhouse and can be found in many of the formulations here at Juniperus Herbals. Hibiscus has a magical reputation for increasing skin elasticity, it has the incredible ability to inhibit the activity of the enzyme elastase, which is responsible for breaking down our skin's precious elastin. It is a natural source of plant acids that gently exfoliate helping to speed up cell turnover, resulting in a more even skin tone. It is deeply moisturizing and if that weren't enough it's a rich source of the antioxidant, anthocycanocides, proven to protect against free radical damage caused by pollutants and sun damage.
The Ritual
Using the spoon provided scoop out a 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of the buttery love onto the tips of your fingers. Massage into skin with gentle, circular motions. Once you have covered your skin, wet your hands and gently massage some more and see the butter transform into a decadent milky consistency. Rinse with warm water and follow up with your favorite toner, serum, and moisturizer.
